       According to the latest entry and exit policy of Shanghai on July 1, 2015: Foreigners who have worked continuously for more than two years in Shanghai and have no violation of laws and regulations may apply for a residence visa for five years (government authorities will apply to companies with five years of applicants). Special Reminder 2: According to the regulations of the Immigration Bureau, once the new company's employment permit change procedure is submitted to the foreign expert bureau, the foreigner must immediately abandon the old company's work residence permit and transfer it to a 0-month M visa.
