A. Concerning the units and individuals who fail to submit the "Certificate of Education (Degree)” authentication documents as promised.
1.For units and individuals who break the promise and fail to submit the "Certificate of Education (Degree)” authentication documents on time, please finish the handling procedure of the cancellation of the work permit within two weeks after the expiration.
2. When apply for a work permit in China, if the relevant documentls are submitted in the form of commitment in the previous order of business, the documentls of commitment shall be provided in the next business application.
1. 3. If the employer doesn’t pay the taxes and not get the "Certificate of Education (Degree)” authentication documents after the commitment, the examination and decision authority will not conduct the interview , and the handling for the foreigner’s work permit to China from the unit and individual shall be suspended(except for the cancellation of business).
