The applicable objects

I  Basic conditions of the park or incubation carrier

1.The park or incubation carrier established according to law, registered and recommended by the competent authorities at district level or above.Have actual business premises, pay taxes and social insurance according to law, and have no record of serious violation of laws and trust-breaking.

2. The park refers to the park agreement or lease contract signed with the entrepreneurial team or entrepreneurs by the competent authorities at all levels of the city, and the park can include various types of parks for entrepreneurship, science and technology, industry, industry, etc.

3. Incubation carrier refers to the innovative incubators registered and under tax administration in each district and signed incubation agreements and house lease contracts with entrepreneurial teams or entrepreneurs.Incubation carriers can include national record-keeping mass innovation space, offshore innovation and entrepreneurship base cooperation space for overseas talents, national science and technology business incubator, contracted incubator of incubation and innovation park, innovative incubator with international resources, and functional platform.

II Basic requirements for applicants

1. Foreigners and entrepreneurial team members who have settled in the park or incubated carriers, are in the start-up period and have not yet established enterprises (no more than 5 people in principle).

2. The applicant shall be at least 18 years of age, in good health, have no criminal record, and have the necessary professional skills or appropriate knowledge level to perform his/her work.

3, the work is in line with the needs of China's economic and social development, for the domestic urgent need of professionals.

4. If laws and regulations have other provisions on foreigners working in China, such provisions shall prevail.

 Work hours: Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM (12:00-1:00PM lunch break)
