For returnees from overseas studies, these are the required documentations and process for the application for permanent residence in Shanghai.

Note：

1. The application documents must be submitted by the employer in person.

2. Unless specified, the application documents, both the original and duplicates copies,  must be provided in paper

    and in written form.

 Printed and photocopied documents must be on A4 size papers. Unless the documents are in Chinese, translation by a qualified translation agency is required if the documents are in any other languages.

 Deadlines:
